Our sizes correspond to your pre-pregnancy size and because our stylish maternity clothes are produced from stretchy fabrics, they will grow with you from the beginning of your pregnancy until after your baby is born.
However, please note that European sizing is slightly different from the Australian sizing. We recommend you measure the largest circumference of your bust when ordering tops and dresses and the widest part of your hips (just below the belly) for pants and skirts.
If you are between sizes or expecting twins please go up a size.
How your order is delivered.
The Glama Mama team makes every effort to get our trendy maternity clothes to you as soon as possible. Once your parcel has shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you with a tracking number.

We ship to all major cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra, Hobart) and all regional areas.
Free Shipping on orders over $80 (Australia wide), $9 shipping for orders under $80.
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are shipped the same day by Express Post for a next day delivery. Please check if you are in the national Express Post delivery network. Please note express shipping to WA and rural areas may take 2 - 5 days.
Some orders (within Sydney area) may be shipped with our courier partner.
We ship to PO Boxes and parcel lockers.
All parcels require a signatory on delivery. If you are not present to receive the parcel it will be taken to the nearest post office for collection as we cannot leave parcels unattended.

"No Hassles" 15 Days Return Policy
At Glama Mama we pride ourselves on providing quality products to our customers. We want you to enjoy your purchases and shopping with us. When you make a purchase, please check your order as soon as you receive it. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, simply ship it back to us within 15 days of your purchase for an exchange, credit note or refund. Please note that returns received after 15 days of purchase will not be processed.
Simply email us and we send you the returns and exchanges form. Fill in the form and return to us with your unwanted garments and a copy of your invoice. The return postage is your responsibility, so we recommend to use registered post to ensure it is delivered safely. Please remember that clothes should be returned in the original condition i.e. unwashed, unworn with no odours or marks, original tags attached, and with original packaging. All returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving them. Refunds are processed in the original form of payment, which may require additional days depending on your banking institution to process the transaction on their side to your account. Alternatively, credit notes are available for use as soon as issued.
No refunds on AfterPay purchases, store credit will be issued
If you would like to exchange an item - we recommend that you drop us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what item you are after including the item code, colour and size you would like, so that we can put it on hold for you. The last thing we want is for it to sell out before your return arrives!
Please note there are no refunds on discounted products. Sale items can be returned for a store credit only.
What if a product is faulty?
We take great pride in our goods and packaging so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If, on the rare occasion, this does occur please email us to let us know and we can either send out a post bag for you to return the product in or refund your postage when the parcel arrives. If available you can request a replacement, alternatively we can issue a credit note or refund for the product.

It is the responsibility of the customers to inform Glama Mama if an order does not arrive. Once we determine your order has not arrived we will lodge an enquiry. Glama Mama will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from delivery. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit a replacement item will not be dispatched until a full investigation has been completed.
Glama Mama makes every effort to ensure that the most accurate information is displayed with our products. In the event that we find an error in the description or a fault with the garment prior to dispatch you may choose to accept the corrected information or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order Glama Mama will issue you a full refund.
